Our Story
Rooted in Tradition.
Inspired by You.
A sushi bar and a hot kitchen, working side by side on Chino Hills Parkway.
The Restaurant
Tokyo Roll & Noodle sits at 2593 Chino Hills Pkwy, Ste E in Chino Hills. What distinguishes the kitchen is range: it runs a sushi bar and a hot noodle kitchen at the same time, and takes both seriously.

The Sushi Bar
The specialty roll list is the part regulars know best — more than seventy of them, baked, fried and fresh.
Rolls like the Baked Alaskan, Crunch Rainbow, Caterpillar and Philadelphia sit alongside hand rolls cut to order, basic rolls, nigiri and sashimi.

The Hot Kitchen
On the other side of the pass, the kitchen builds ramen on its own broths: tonkotsu with shoyu-braised pork belly, a spicy miso, a shoyu, a spicy seafood and a creamy vegan bowl.
Beyond ramen there is udon, yakisoba and yaki udon with your choice of protein, chicken katsu, and teriyaki plates served with salad, miso soup and rice.

The Bigger Table
For larger tables there are bento combinations and party platters running from 42 to 64 pieces.
Sushi Lover and Sashimi & Sushi come at 42 pieces; the Special Roll and Kid’s Land platters at 64.
